Since its inception, Alta Mira Realty is focused primarily on the purchase, development, rehabilitation and sale of 1-4 unit residential properties. As a real estate development firm that specializes in Southern California’s market, AMR acquires, owns and disposes of high-yielding residential properties.

In addition, holds and manages rental properties that are leased primarily to highly creditworthy tenants who are committed to long-term leases.

Headquartered in the City of Irvine CA, Alta Mira Realty is located within 90 minutes of its target markets in the greater Southern California area.
